Hampton Catlin is VP of Engineering at Rent the Runway. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry in many different roles. He’s probably best known as the inventor of the Sass CSS language and for leading mobile at the Wikimedia Foundation. He also likes long walks on the beach and candlelit dinners.
 
John-Paul Sukkar is Senior Director of People at Rent the Runway overseeing the overall HR Business Partner function. He joined RTR in July 2016 and in his time has focused on Employee Experience, Culture, L&D Initiatives and People Focussed programs aimed at optimizing employee and management capability. Born and raised in Australia, John-Paul relocated to New York City in 2015 with Tiffany & Co. where he led HR efforts in various roles, supporting multiple groups across the globe. Prior to joining RTR, John-Paul served as an HRBP at Twitter Inc. His comprehensive HR experience spans over 10 years across Technology, Retail, Fashion, Warehousing and Manufacturing. John-Paul holds a Bachelor of Media & Communications from Macquarie University, Master of Employment Relations from Griffith University and a Master of Business Management from Monash University.

One of Ireland's Top 25 Women in Engineering, Dorothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from NUI Galway and has over 18 years experience in enterprise software, technology startups, digital transformation, management & leadership for SMEs and multinationals alike. Before Rent the Runway, Dorothy co-founded her own multi-award winning technology startup - an enterprise marketing automation company, Element Wave.
